Juliette Furniture
Inspired by the French palaces of Louis XV, our Juliette range brings boudoir chic to the modern bedroom. From Wardrobes to beds with upholstered headboards, the pieces in this range are designed as a homage to ‘Juliette’ – a name for queens and courtesans, meaning ‘soft-haired’.
It is softness which defines this collection. With tapered legs, sweetheart friezes, and curved wood panels, Juliette is characterised by sensual design. Unlike machine carving, the hand-carving on our pieces has no angular corners or sharp lines. This creates an exquisitely tactile finish, mirroring your soft pillows and bedding.
Although Juliette is solid wood, we’ve made sure it never looks bulky. Each piece is raised off the floor on elegant legs, giving the collection a poised and balletic appearance. It may have been inspired by grand palaces, but this feature helps Juliette look at home in rooms of any size.
That’s not to say it’s lost its royal reputation, though. Juliette even graces the rooms of Buckingham Palace!
