YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERY
Once your order has been received by our team, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, and we’ll get to work planning your delivery in the most economically efficient way as possible. After, we will confirm a delivery date or courier method via email. For courier delivered items the courier will contact you driectly with a delivery date. Providing your items are in stock, we always aim to deliver them as quickly as possible.
Our deliveries operate Monday to Sunday between 7.00am and 10.00pm.
Delivery options
One-person and two-person deliveries
Various delivery options are available for both one-person and two-person deliveries, from a simple to-the-doorstep drop off or fully assembled with all packaging removed. For orders that include larger items, two members of our team will deliver your order. Whether you order one or several items, you’ll only pay one delivery fee per purchase.

DELIVERY COSTS
Choose from our choice of delivery options below. We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days, but please note that during busy periods delivery times may be extended by an extra 2 working days. Please note we are not currently able offer delivery to any offshore locations, we are however able to deliver to any onward shipping company of your choosing, please enter the companies address as the delivery address when checking out.
NOT GOING TO BE IN?
Don’t worry! If you’re out on the day of delivery, we can leave your items in a safe place outside your address, but Furniture.co.uk cannot take responsibility if the item is stolen or damaged by bad weather conditions.
On some occasions, we use an independent courier service who will deliver Monday to Sunday between 8.30am and 5.30pm. In this case, you will need to ensure someone is at the address during these hours. Items delivered by our third-party couriers are usually delivered the next working day but can take longer.
OFFSHORE DELIVERIES
Please note that delivery can only be completed to a mainland UK address. If you would like to arrange a delivery to either Northern Ireland or an offshore postcode, we can deliver to a forwarding shipping company or courier with an address within the UK mainland. They are also able to collect directly from our warehouse and box dimensions and weights can be provided. Please enter their address at the checkout and let us know of any delivery restrictions and opening hours.
Once goods have been delivered to, or collected by the courier, please ensure they are checked, as we cannot accept liability for any damages caused by a third-party courier. Exchanges and returns can only be arranged from a UK mainland address.
Pre-orders
The estimated due dates shown on pre-order products indicate when the item is due back in stock. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmed delivery date as soon as your pre-ordered item arrives and is ready to ship. To keep things economical and efficient, any order containing a pre-ordered item will be dispatched only once all items — including those on pre-order — are back in stock. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders. This helps us organise deliveries more efficiently and keeps unnecessary shipping costs to a minimum.
Delivery terms & conditions
If you’ve opted for the Gold or Platinum delivery service, it’s best to remove any breakable items and cover surfaces to help avoid accidental damage enroute to the room of choice. If you’re having your items assembled, it’s also a good idea to ensure there is enough space to deliver, unbox and assemble your order. Furniture.co.uk cannot accept liability for damage to items or surfaces that have not been removed or adequately protected during delivery or assembly.
We are currently unable to offer free or paid assembly services to zone 2 or 3.
