YOUR FURNITURE DELIVERY

Once your order has been received by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll get to work planning your delivery in the most economically efficient way as possible. Within two workings days, we will confirm a delivery date via email. Providing your items are in stock, we aim to deliver them as quickly as possible.

Our deliveries operate Monday to Sunday between 7.00am and 10.00pm.

One-person and two-person deliveries

Various delivery options are available for both one-person and two-person deliveries, from a simple to-the-doorstep drop off or fully assembled with all packaging removed. For orders that include larger items, two members of our team will deliver your order. Whether you order one or several items, you’ll only pay one delivery fee per purchase.

DELIVERY COSTS

Choose from our choice of delivery options below. We aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days, but please note that during busy periods delivery times may be extended by an extra 2 working days. Please note we are not currently able offer delivery to any offshore locations, we are however able to deliver to any onward shipping company of your choosing, please enter the companies address as the delivery address when checking out.

NOT GOING TO BE IN?

Don’t worry! If you’re out on the day of delivery, we can leave your items in a safe place outside your address, but Furniture.co.uk cannot take responsibility if the item is stolen or damaged by bad weather conditions.

On some occasions, we use an independent courier service who will deliver Monday to Sunday between 8.30am and 5.30pm. In this case, you will need to ensure someone is at the address during these hours. Items delivered by our third-party couriers are usually delivered the next working day but can take longer.

DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS

With Christmas just around the corner, many people start thinking about their home. We fully understand that most people want their furniture delivery in time for the festive season. With so much demand at this time of year, it raises the question about whether companies have the capacity to deliver on time. At Furniture.co.uk, we want to deliver orders safely to your home and in time for Christmas with no concerns, that’s why we are offering delivery before Christmas on all items (excluding mattresses).

We will still continue to ship orders to all regions after these dates but cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Delivery before Christmas does not allow for choice of delivery date, we will provide one delivery date before Christmas and if this date is not accepted or the delivery attempt fails, we will not be able to guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF PERIOD

To ensure that your purchase arrives before Christmas, orders must be received before the cut off time below:

England, Wales, South Scotland (Zone 1)
Midnight Wednesday 18th December

Central and North East Scotland, and The Highlands (Zone 2)
Midnight Thursday 13th December

Channel Islands and the Hebrides (Zone 3)
Cut-off date is dependent on the location of the onward shipping company we are delivering the goods to, we will only guarantee delivery of your order to the forwarding company before Christmas, not its final destination.

Missed the cut off for delivery before Christmas? Give our friendly customer service team a call and we will try our best to get you items delivered in time for Christmas.

 

Delivery terms & conditions

If you’ve opted for the Gold or Platinum delivery service, it’s best to remove any breakable items and cover surfaces to help avoid accidental damage enroute to the room of choice. If you’re having your items assembled, it’s also a good idea to ensure there is enough space to deliver, unbox and assemble your order. Furniture.co.uk cannot accept liability for damage to items or surfaces that have not been removed or adequately protected during delivery or assembly.

We are currently unable to offer free or paid assembly services to zone 2 or 3.
