As soon as your order is received by our team we will acknowledge your order with an email and confirm when you will be contacted by us to arrange delivery. Providing your items are in stock we aim to deliver as soon as possible – our deliveries operate Monday to Sunday, anytime between 07.00hrs and 22.00hrs.
In most instances, we use our own vans and drivers and can, therefore, confirm an estimated 2 hour delivery time slot.
STANDARD DELIVERY service delivers to your door but we can also offer you a TWO MAN DELIVERY SERVICE at a higher premium whereby your items are delivered to the room of your choice (subject to access).
Please see our map for confirmation of the areas we deliver to, the charge per delivery and the lead times applicable for your zone – note we only make one charge per delivery regardless of how many items you are having delivered.
If you are out on the day of delivery but wish us to leave your items in an outside area of your address please note that we are happy to do this but only on the understanding that you take responsibility if the item is stolen or damaged by bad weather conditions.
On some occasions, we use an independent courier service who will deliver anytime between 08.30hrs and 17.30hrs. If this is the case you need to arrange for someone to be at the address during these hours. Items delivered using third-party couriers are usually delivered on a next day service (this is not guaranteed) and we indicate if this service is available next to the individual product.
All items in our Garden Collection are delivered via our independent courier service to ensure fast and effective delivery.
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive on the appointed day please contact our office on 01989 763343 or email Info@Furniture.co.uk and we will organise re-delivery at the earliest possible time (normally within 48 hours).
